14th of each month: direct payments via Stripe

Applies to all artists:

  • We would like the Marketplace to feature current work so please keep that in mind. Down the road, we plan to have studio sales where older inventory can be sold.
  • Send a high-res photo of yourself.
  • Get paid monthly through Stripe (you'll link your bank when setting up).
  • Shipping/packaging costs are paid by the customer at checkout.
  • You can sell elsewhere, just keep your Art Beat inventory updated.
  • Everyone gets the same access to events, promotions, and community opportunities.
  • A signed contract is required to launch your storefront.
  • Minimum Inventory:
    • Fine Art: 5–10 recent originals
    • Handmade/Prints: 15–20 recent pieces (reproductions ok if current to your style)
  • If inventory drops too low, we’ll pause your storefront until you’re ready.

Marketing Support

Art Beat will support the artist community in the following ways, with efforts rolling out soon:

  • SEO (search engine optimization)
  • Strong social media marketing campaign
  • Paid advertising (Google ads, social ads)
  • Nashville Art Guide/Directory
  • Email marketing and newsletters
  • Blog features or artist spotlights
  • Press outreach and media pitching
  • Online marketplace promotion (featured listings, homepage features).
  • Event marketing (for pop-ups, shows, launches)
  • Content creation (photo shoots, product descriptions, storytelling)
  • Community collaborations (partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits)
  • Building a local interior designer network

While Art Beat will be actively promoting the community, it’s also a huge help when artists share and promote.
