Eliza Becker is the pen name of Lizzie Stuhlreyer, co-founder of Art Beat and a longtime contributor to its creative vision. Lizzie has since transitioned to pursuing her own full-time work as the creator of Inner-Sisters Secret Society, a transformative art and storytelling collective inspired by healing, archetypes, and inner family narratives.

Inspired by the word of Dr. Richard Schwartz and Internal Family Systems, Inner-Sisters Secret Society reflects the many inner “parts” we carry through life — protectors, dreamers, wounded selves, and guides. Through paintings, illustrated books, and symbolic jewelry, the artist invites us to listen inward with compassion and curiosity.
