9/18/08 - Impressions- 1926 Hayes Street, Nashville, TN 37203. Artbeat Nashville with Geppe Hernandez and Michael Manly hosted its annual art opening and benefit at the offices of Jack Gaw, DMD. This year's targeted organization was the Amercian Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals where guests received information about the organization. Donations were collected and a part of the proceeds from art sales were given to the ASPCA.
The vein that ran through the "Impressions" event centererd on art from an impressionistic view and used various subject matter in a free style of color, shape and abstract form. New themes and structures boldly painted the show with emotion and movement while Hernandez and Manly also reintroduced part of their past images and styles.
The opening offered a wine tasting with cheese and fruit.
Among other, guests included Jack Gaw, John Spite, Barbara Seiger, Martha Leigh Ferrell, Kristy Tinsley, Tim Bennett, Julie Hutchens, John Jackson, Dimas Hernandez, Ricky Hernandez, Zorangel Alcala, Isabel Hernandez, Paola Hernandez.

10/5-10/26 Nashville's Internationals: Photo 1: artists: Joy Minh Xu (China), Alfred Awonuga (Nigeria), Olga Alexeeva (Russia), Ben Vitualla (Philippines); Photo 2: Gallery Manager: Leena Lucas, artist: Geppe Hernandez (Venezuela); Photo 3: Ayla Dumont (Germany), Lisa Rivas (Venezuela), Voymer Mustapich (Croatia), James Mukuac (Sudan) The Centennial Art Center Gallery features sixteen artists from around the world that have immigrated to Nashville. The exhibit is on display October 5-26 . During the opening on the 5th, the artists were present to discuss their art and what it means to them. The selected artists create works ranging from realistic paintings to pure abstractions. 9/20/07 - MEDIUM RARE - 1926 Hayes Street, Nashville, TN 37203. Medium Rare, a mixed-media art event, featured the works of Michael Manly and Geppe Hernandez. Manly and Hernandez combined acrylic paint with wood, canvas, metal, paper and other items to create most of the art pieces for this show. A portion of the proceeds was donated to help raise awareness about Multiple Sclerosis. The opening was well-attended by many art enthusiasts as well as supporters of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. ARTbeat Nashville raises funds for the Hearts

ArtBeat Nashville Premier in Green Hills received a warm and enthusiastic welcome from a crowd of more than 100 people Thursday night. Artists, Geppe Hernandez and Michael Manly, presented new works featuring abstract impressionistic paintings and whimsical interpretations of pianos and guitars. ARTbeat Nashville’s goal is to support the Nashville community and abroad by bringing together local artists and passionate people sharing the common goal of community outreach. A portion of the proceeds this time will be donated to the American Heart Association. Lean Studio, a personal training and wellness facility in Green Hills owned by Jeff and Ashley Howerton hosted the event. While perusing the art guests enjoyed hors d’ oeuvres and live music by Dara Tucker, a local jazz singer. The event was sponsored by Brenda Batey, Barbara Seiger, Becky Beasley, Jack Gaw, Tameron Hedge, John Spight, Faith Malloy, Hillary Kanter and Kim Davis.
